To book your cabin, call 1-800-889-5265 or click the "book now" button at the top of the page. Please make sure to have the information below for each passenger in your cabin:
Full Legal Name (Title, First, Last)
DOB
Any health concerns we should know about
Citizenship
Address
Phone number
Email address
The following ADDITIONAL information is needed only from the lead passenger:
Emergency contact for the whole cabin

Does Premier recommend Travel/Cancellation Insurance?
