Revised 8/23/10

This document contains additional contractual terms, conditions, and limitations between you and Premier Christian Cruises, Inc. with respect to this cruise beyond the terms and conditions described in the Ticket Contract between you and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Inc. These documents contain important limitations on your rights. These are legally binding documents. Please read carefully all the terms of these contracts, paying particular attention to sections 1-2 and 9-11 of the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Ticket Contract, and the cancellation section of the Premier Christian Cruises’ terms and conditions.

Ticket Contract

By making this reservation, or by acceptance and/or use of the ticket contract issued by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, the person named thereon as Guests, each passenger and guest on the same reservation, acknowledges he or she has read, and understands each and every term, condition, and provision of the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Inc. passenger ticket contract and agrees to be bound thereby. Each guest and passenger specifically agrees that, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2(b) of the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ticket, Premier Christian Cruises, as charterer of the vessel, is included within the term “Royal Caribbean” in the cruise ticket and that Premier Christian Cruises shall be entitled to the benefit of all the rights, terms, conditions, and limitations granted Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Inc., pursuant to its ticket contract as a charterer of the vessel as though Premier Christian Cruises were specifically named therein. In addition, by making this reservation or by the acceptance and/or use of the ticket contract issued by Royal Caribbean by the persons named as Guests, it shall be deemed to be an acceptance and agreement by each and every person to all the additional Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

Passenger acknowledges and expressly agrees Premier (and its affiliates) are acting solely in their capacity as tour operators, brokers and independent contractors arranging this cruise and that Premier has no right or ability to control or direct the operational or navigational activities of the vessel or crew in any manner whatsoever whether aboard the ship or ashore including without limitation persons furnishing services to the vessel or to the passengers including shoreside excursions, personnel, or contractors, embarkation and disembarkation to and from the vessel, the condition of the vessel and its equipment.

Premier shall not be liable for failure of any speaker or other artist or musician to attend on board or to perform during the cruise. Premier shall not be liable to any passenger for any loss to the passenger or others to the extent that such performance is prevented or loss is caused by Acts of God, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by any government agency or official acting under the color of authority, acts of terrorism, labor disturbances or disputes, civil commotion, weather conditions and considerations of the safety of the vessel (for which the Master shall be the sole judge), breakdowns of or damage to the vessel’s hull or machinery, requisition of the vessel by government authority, illness, death of a family member or other cause or circumstance beyond Premier Christian Cruises’ reasonable control. In the event of any failure of any speaker or artist to perform during the cruise Premier Christian Cruises, at its sole discretion, may engage a replacement artist or artists, change, postpone, or terminate any portion of the entertainment program. In such case, Premier Christian Cruises shall have no liability to any passenger for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever by reason of such change.

Changes in Bookings

Any changes in bookings may be made only by the person making the reservation. An accompanying passenger in the same cabin may be changed for an administrative fee of $50. Changes in the lead passenger is a transfer of the registration requiring payment of an administrative fee of $100. Adding a passenger to an existing reservation requires an administrative fee of $100, in addition to the required cruise fare, port taxes, fees, and gratuities. Corrections to name spellings made within 60 days of sailing will incur a $50 administrative fee. A fee of $100 will be charged for each cabin change if the guests elect to move from one cabin to another.

Deposit and Payments

$250 deposit per person. (Amount includes a $175 non-refundable booking fee). Passengers may choose to pay for their cabin in full or to use a payment plan. For payment plans, a deposit will be taken and a $40 convenience fee per payment plan will be added to the total amount due.

Remaining balance paid in equal monthly payments. All payments must be made by automatic credit card draft. The deposit is charged at the time of booking. The first payment starts one month after booking and continues on approximately the same day of the month until the account is paid in full. If an automatic payment is unsuccessful after three attempts in three successive days, the payment plan will have failed and the reservation will be subject to cancellation unless reinstated with payment. It is the sole responsibility of the card holder to contact Premier Christian Cruises and restart the agreed upon payment plan. All delinquent payments are due at that point in time. An administrative fee of $35 will be assessed to the account for the declined charge. A fee of $35 will be charged to change a payment plan after it has begun, as in the case of a passenger requiring that we stop payments from occurring on one card and start payments on a different card.
